Aaron Jay is head of A&R and owns Influence Records. 

Aaron started DJing in 1997. Between 2001-2003 Aaron was invited on a regular basis to warm up the bar at Bryan G's weekly night Movement which led him to be noticed by the scenes major players. 

2003-2011 Aaron Jay was made resident at Fabio's legendary night Swerve, playing every month to the dub hungry punters who like their rhythms soulful and funky. 

To support this Aaron joined premier DJ agency Groove Connection, joining an A-List roster that included Drum and Bass Pioneers Fabio and Grooverider. 

Known for playing Detroit Techno, Dub, Jazz, Rare Groove and deep inspired Drum and Bass, he has also gone on to perform at such legendary venues as Fabric, The END, CABLE, Heaven, Brixton O2 Arena as well as playing abroad. 

In 2008 Aaron set up Influence Records - supporting artists such as; Easy and Geeks, Commix, Jay Dubz, Mr Joseph, Lynx, Phil Tangent, CPH, A-Audio, Conrad Subs, Seba, L-Side, Hobzee and Zyon Base, HLZ, Dave Owen, Sergio Manifesto, Random Movement, Duoscience, Flaco, Bungle, Zero T, Conrad Subs, KMTR, Soul Intent, Brother, ICR, Kjell, Bal, Data, Sinistarr, Undefined, Atom, RawQ plus many others. 

Influence reflects his personal style, drawing upon deeper and leftfield flavours within the genre. Aaron Jay also teamed up in the studio with Lynx (Hospital Records, Creative Source, Soul:r, Detail) and has released two singles on Doc Scott's 31 Records.

Miami-based Producer/DJ Stereotype's tunes have been played across the globe on BBC Radio 1, Ministry of Sound, Bassdrive and podcasts galore. With DJ support from the likes of Rene LaVice, Logistics, Fabio, DJ SS, Loxy, DJ Storm, Random Movement, Atlantic Connection and many more; it's clear he's doing something right. With over 30 years experience as a professional DJ and producer, Fierce’s impact on DnB has been undeniable, since the No-U Turn & Virus era of the mid-to-late 1990s, in genre defining collaborations with Ed Rush, Optical, Matrix & Nico including “Alien Girl” and "Locust". 

Alongside further releases and remixes, he is also responsible for starting the now infamous Quarantine imprint, which played a pivotal role in the early-2000's sound. Whilst collaborating with the likes of Break, dBridge, Fresh & Optiv, the label has been a bastion of dark, quality drum & bass, releasing modern classics from Noisia, Cause4Concern & S.P.Y.

Fierce returns to re-launch Quarantine, committed to providing quality over quantity with a batch of new material (With Zero T).
