Starting up our mix series we have the man that started it all for Infra: Jose Zamora, also known as Xoce. This mix, which was recorded during his opening set for Oscar Mulero on May 23rd, is an amalgamation of the gritty, dark, although urban, rhythmic and forward frequencies that characterize Jose’s sound, all perfectly blended to achieve a boiling point of pure techno. Profiler (FKA Xoce) is a Boston-based DJ, producer, and the driving force behind Infra, a techno collective and label reshaping the city’s underground. Known for cerebral, entrancing and alarming sounds, he has released on Subsist, Future Arkive, House of Reptile, Alchemista and has shared the decks with Oscar Mulero, DVS1, DJ Stingray 313, Pfirter, Perc, Dasha Rush, Adriana Lopez, and others. His collaborations include Laïka (a sci-fi project with Sekte) and Sapera (a cinematic, dark project with Final Girl).
