Phantom Pain is a love song to the loveless. A duet with a lost someone who knows what it is to feel almost constant fear. As the spoils of trauma solidify emotional dissociation, they have no choice but feel love, joy, excitement and more as confounding and impossible constructs beyond their reach.

I recorded these words while they preempted understanding and again once their context laid bare. In this track you can hear the ghost of my pretransitional self backing up who I am today
