Calgary based jazz guitarist and trumpeter, David Lavoie, has been hot on the local jazz scene playing shows multiple nights a week and honing the sound of his jazz compositions. "If I Were Me" features New Jersey jazz great Pat Van Dyke on the drums and the soaring trumpet melodies from Lavoie. With a degree in jazz composition from North Vancouver University, Lavoie is just stretching his legs and getting started with his jazz tunes. Part of the "Colour Theory" jazz compilation out on Inner Ocean!

Why stay safe and dry when you know you need to get to the other side? Your old shoes needed replacing anyway. The adventure awaits into the puddle!

‘Boundless Pleasures’ feat. Jake Milliner is the new single by South African producer L E F, taken from his forthcoming album ‘Melodic Utopia’ (03.11.). On his second album for Melting Pot Music, he teamed up with Lofi heavy weight LESKY, upcoming Dutch producer Afroham, Greek producer Drips Zacheer, UK producer Jake Milliner and Italian jazz beat maestro Koralle. 

The dreamy free-floating sound of ‘Melodic Utopia’ stays away from all Lofi stereotypes and puts his melodic productions known from his previous album ‘Antidote’, released in 2022, on another level.
