Luis Tovar, DJ y productor venezolano nacido en Caracas, radicado en Santiago de Chile. Desde 2019, Luis comenzó a incursionar en el mundo de la producción y de la musicalización, lanzando así su primer ep en 2021 llamado "Niyo" bajo el sello de Music Rave Recordings para después lanzar su ep en uno de los sellos más destacados en la movida venezolana como lo es SL Records. En Chile ha dejado su nombre y su talento reflejados en diversas etapas de la cultura chilena, tocando en clubes como "Club Ambar" y tocando en eventos con grandes artistas como Aldo Cádiz, Pablo Inzunza, entre otros.
