We understand the use of music as a political tool, hence why we have decided to take this path to ask the male-dominated industry, especially the electronic music industry, to start raising awareness of this fact and start giving more visibility and support to people who have always suffered from misogyny or social exclusion due to their identity.

A guitarist at heart, and heavily influenced by the various scenes across the Channel, Iannis Rezgui began producing and DJing in 2015. At the same time, he co-founded Material Paris, with whom he made his debut. For 5 years, he organised a number of warehouse and club events with the collective, notably at Le Batofar and Le Sacré, and shared the bill with various players on the techno scene, including Pas-Sage, Electronic Feeling and La Quarantaine. 
Strongly inspired by artists such as Blawan and Hector Oaks, the producer is already showing a particular interest in high bpm and organic textures. 
But it was in 2020 that the artist decided to launch his solo project, keen to explore and develop his vision of techno without limits. This was followed by 2 years of intensive production, enabling Iannis Rezgui to assert an advanced aesthetic, combining the foundations of deep, mental techno with rhythms approaching trance. His tracks eventually came to the attention of François X and Elise Massoni, who played them regularly at the Berghain and on Rinse and Boiler Room. 
The year 2023 marked the real start of the artist's career, with an appearance on Maison Close's 5th various and a highly acclaimed appearance at Le Virage, alongside Laze, Caiva and JKS. Iannis Rezgui signed his first solo EP to Marseille-based label Matière Production, whose tracks have already been played by the likes of Anetha, Mama Snake and Nina Kraviz.

Our second release will be an LP from EXTRA ENERGY's one half DEV and the Stockholm based artist Correct Music, who also contributed to our first release with a track. Together they have created an LP full of natural trance emotions. From fiery harder trance to dreamy sounds for the purity of yourself. Correct Music manages to reach an incredibly epic and emotional level with his tracks that can help us forget the moment in these strange times. DEV's tracks are also emotionally charged and, due to their euphoric melodies, put you in a state of energy and the will to finally be able to stand on the dancefloor together again.
