Balrog’s debut album, “The Northern Powerhouse” is composed of 8 hard-hitting techno tracks, focusing on heavy, groove-ridden drums, driving basslines and obscure, distorted vocals. His tracks take influence from classic, hard-grooving techno but with a fresh injection of modern, industrial power. 
The framework for the tracks was developed in the midst of the fallout from the UK leaving the EU and the numerous attempts to “level up” the north of the country through The Northern Powerhouse scheme, from which the album derives its name. Conceptually, the album is an attempt from the artist to dissociate himself from Brexit and the conservative government which has consistently stigmatised the most vulnerable in UK society and spread lies on an industrial scale in order to push forward their agenda. 
Through the album, a series of linked tracks mirror the raw divisions in society, not just between The North and The South of the UK, but also more widely representing divisions throughout the world. As the album develops, a more hopeful outcome is suggested, seeing the culture of underground music as having the potential to build connections and incite resistance in an increasingly divided world.

eskalia (she/ her) is a Viennese mezzo soprano with Greek and Hungarian roots. She discovered her love for dramatic and sorrowful sounds early in her musical education, an affection that deepened during her vocal studies at University Mozarteum Salzburg. In 2024, she started exploring electronic music herself and since then, aims to pull each listener into an immersive tunnel of extraordinary music and deep emotion in her sets. Among her favorite sounds are classical choirs, human cries and sobbing, harsh electric guitars, melismatic scales, dissonances and different sounds in nature such as bubbling water. 
However, her passion for art and culture extends beyond performing music. She favors artistic and cultural exchange and the synthesis of arts, as well as warm and communal atmospheres. This led her to co-found a Vienna based collective promoting darker and grittier sub-genres of underground electronic music, as well as other art forms @innig-collective

Dj Elle Ell discovered his love for electronic music and vinyl in the mid-nineties, when he visited the Techno Club Unit in his hometown Hamburg. This love lasts until today and does not let him go. Until 2010 he played under the name Dj Mogul in many prestigious clubs. In 2010 Elle Ell moved to Berlin and conquered the city as his new home. So Elle Ell and Techno have been together for over 2 decades. Rolling basses and powerful.
