We're delighted to welcome Nala Brown to the GF series this week. The Rotterdam-based Dutch selector is part of the Ampfeminine crew, a collective of female DJs who have diversity as a core part of their vision and aim to create more opportunities for women and minorities in the nightlife community, most recently launching their radio show on Refugee Worldwide. She's caught our attention during her performances at Spielraum some time ago and the Dekmantel Connect streams more recently. True to her style, her selection is an energetic selection with electro at its core with techno and breaks sprinkled along the way. Lock in!

DJ 20134 is an electro music enthusiast and vinyl collector, who became a solid A&R and editor of the "Future Me" record label (https://soundcloud.com/fu-me-rec) founded in 2012 by George K aka Tha Hater Parisi.
He artistically grew up from the outskirts of Lambrate where he joined the mission of Fu.Me, thanks to the meeting with the two heads of the label, Dj Vietnam (https://soundcloud.com/dj_vietnam) and Gkhp (@djgk_hp).
Sacred art and Italian old-school hip hop are his roots. Those ones, merged with great respect for ghetto culture, have outlined the project DAAF "Don't Be Afraid About The Future" in collaboration with the radio station "Mutant Radio" based in Tbilisi, Georgia (https://soundcloud.com/mutantradio). From the Mutant show also came up the latest Fu.Me release called “DAAF TRAX”, a massive V/A curated by Dj 20134.

Connecting the dots is what drives Runner. Pushing, playing & promoting the low end continuum from his 90s days in the UK all the way to today’s landscape and into the future. Constantly 'going back to go forward' through his #SubbedOut & #237Sessions on @Paranoise & @stegi-radio respectively, the one-off block parties in the ancient city under his banner, the legacy with Dimensions Festival launches in Athens & reppin' the Swamp81 family in the city. 

In the last few years we find him setting up a variety of significant projects with his friends that by the end of 2017 brought us #Shuffle, the party mostly based on ‘superior blend’ DJs mainly from the UK. Josey Rebelle, Jon K, Shanti Celeste, A Made Up Sound, Peach combined with local talent have rumbled the foyer of Mikrokosmos cinema,  #Shuffle's spiritual home. Finally to be able to shake the Romantso basement with the @Swamp81 take over of Chunky, Loefah & Sumgii in 28th of Feb 2020, just-before-everything-shut-down is pure gold. 

Cue in 4 yrs and a pandemic later, it is now 2024 and radio, DJing & pushing the envelope with like minded cats in and out of the city helps to fight attention deficits and focus on the music & the people first & foremost
