Буквально пару недель назад Андрей выпустил новый альбом «Wonderland». К записи LP он привлёк множество гостевых сессионных музыкантов, сыгравших свои партии вживую вместо компьютера.

В интервью-подкасте мы подробно расспросили Андрея, почему для него это важно — взаимодействовать с людьми, а не только с машинами, как параллельно развивать несколько музыкальных проектов, переехать в другую страну без ущерба для творческого настроя и многом другом — если вдруг пропустили запись, то пролистайте нашу ленту чуть вниз до поста во вторник и узнайте детали.

Однажды это должно было случиться или если коробка лежит в чулане 20 лет, то рано или поздно ее достанут, откроют, а затем вытрут пыль и..
DustyBarnTapes – серия записей радио-эфиров второй половины 90-х до которых я наконец-то добрался и буду публиковать по мере.

Этот эпизод я берег долгие годы, как что-то особенное потому что именно благодаря этому эфиру я по-настоящему познакомился с его героем и, что уж там говорить, он меня покорил -  своей легкостью и одновременно вдумчивостью, рассудительностью и знанием своего дела. А ведь ему тогда было еще только 26 лет. 
Помню как остро почувствовал тревогу и беспокойство, когда мы с друзьями (наконец-то!) пришли в первый раз на его выступление и узнали, что оно отменилось из-за авиа-инцидента, который чуть не стал трагедией для нашего героя. Это полная запись программы Петербургский Микс с участием удивительной и неповторимой ведущей Маши Малос, а также Сергея Кефира, который пришел в эфир вместе с Алексеем и подыгрывал ему во время интервью, в котором Компас рассказывал о том, как он стал диджеем, о Москве, как очередной (временной) остановке, об отношении к титулу лучшего диджея 96 года, коллекции порно журналов, размере своего гонорара и многом другом. 
Возможно только мне так показалось, но музыка в его миксе уже по тем временам была весьма авангардной, наверное поэтому и сейчас она звучит очень актуально.
Это удивительное погружение в эпоху. Наслаждайтесь, это Петербургский Микс.
