Presenting our largest body of work to date, we bring you Antimatter:1

2022's Matter:1 VA worked to showcase the brighter and more colourful side of the genre we exist in, and so it's only right that our next project works as the direct antithesis of this - it's ephemeral opposite.

With that in mind, Antimatter:1 seeks to showcase our love for the darker side of this genre, and the most experimental and creative aspects of that which we can find.

This project takes on music coming from 6 different nations, continuing our work on finding music from all corners of the globe. We're extremely proud of how international the label has become, with music on our roster coming from 28 countries at the time of writing this.

We want to take a small aside to thank all of the people involved in this project and the other projects bubbling behind the scenes, you know who you are.

We hope you enjoy this release as much as we enjoyed putting it together.

Newcomer to the label, Timo Noize, joins us from Rotterdam. Having DJ'd since the age of 10, Timo grew up listening to the likes of Noisia, San Holo, Daft Punk and The Prodigy. Later beginning to produce music in the Future Bass, Trap and Basshouse realms, these diverse influences really show in his unique sound and keen eye for detail. He grew to release tracks on Hexagon's sub-label 'FUTURE' and Riot Records. 'Resonate' truly flaunts his ability to create flexible passages of rolling basslines and choppy drum patterns, infused with dream-like sonics.

This various artists compilation encapsulates everything Stellar - showcasing the past, present and future of our sonics, along with new genres never heard on the label. We welcome some fresh talent into the community in addition to well-established friends of the brand back into the mix.
