Eight years after working together for the first time on Paul's Adapt album for the song 'In The Dark', Paul Hazendonk and Alice Rose have reconnected for a fresh collaboration and the result is nothing short of spectacular! 

We proudly present to you: 'Just Breathe'. A synth driven bombastic piece of melodic forward thinking house music.. or is it techno? It defies genre borders, that's for sure! Alice's dreamy lyrics and outstanding vocal performance take the song to the next level without a doubt.

Next to the original version an instrumental version is also included, as is a beatless version which is eerily haunting in all its stripped down beauty. 'Just Breathe' is one of those song that's unique in its own way, not following trends and aiming to be a timeless piece of art. Paul Hazendonk returns on his own Manual Music imprint with the final part of his Signature Series trilogy. Yet again presenting two brand new originals that cross over between various genres within the melodic electronic music spectrum.

First up it's 'Unagi', a massive and intense peak time dance floor bomb that will leave you with the feeling that you've been slapped in the face... in a good way! Paul's trademark arps build up the tension towards a roaring ravey bassline only to revert back to emo mode during the beautiful piano break until it's all systems go again. Proper madness this one!

The accompanying piece 'X Is Forever' is a more heady and intelligent piece. Starting out with a minimalistic arrangement and wobbly bassline, a mysterious vocal gets introduced early on which turns out to be the trademark element of this song. Of course the ever present arps make their introduction as the track gently builds on towards it's climax. A lovely piece of work to end the Signature Series trilogy!

Manual Music label boss Paul Hazendonk drops his new artist album 'Signed' five years after his well received debut album 'Adapt'.

'Signed' features the six original songs which saw the light of day over the past one and a half year on his 'Signature Series' releases, as well as the remixes by Jamie Stevens, Kamilo Sanclemente, Arina Mur, Peter Makto & Gregory S, KAMADEV and fran&co. On top of that it features a brand new song, the melodic and melancholic peak time crowd pleaser 'We Are The Dreamers'.

A fine collection of 13 songs which will take you on a journey in the melodic, progressive and deep house spectrum.

A friendship is one thing, but continuous development is vitally important. This is why the fellows decided not to take a break at the level of current achievements and grounded their own record label. «By the times someone discovers the points of coincidence with the colleagues not only in terms of business, but also creative sphere – that is always a positive experience! – Unification of musical efforts in frames of one label is our next and by no means unimportant step in creative self-fulfillment».

It is important to mention that the quad is not going to limit the newborn imprint’s catalog only with own productions. Intricate Records is also a promising platform for implementation of creative aspiration of other talented producers who feel themselves on the same wave quite often.

«Right at the moment there is no single record label which coincides with my musical taste and general conception, which I would like to see being embodied. Starting a new imprint with the fellow guys, I’m looking forward to the having the possibility of fulfilling myself as an A&R-manager and making the current musical world at least a little bit better. We are going to collaborate with our friends and associates from around the world. I certainly believe, if such projects are held with well-intentioned mood and built on relations of friendship, there are certain chances to make something special and terminative».
