Univack presents a new three-original EP by EANP @eanp_music in their first release on this label.. Ezequiel Anile and Nicolas Petracca, are a duo of Argentine DJ / Producers who have been working together since 2014 getiing a great support from most important artists and signing by the most important labels of the progressive house scene. His productions are influenced from different genres such as Deep, Techno, Tech House and Progressive House, which result a very personal style of progressive and melodic music with a great sense of groove that always gets a great impact on the dancefloor.

An Argentinean artist of growing global renown, Alan Cerra has seen a rise to prominence since a debut for 3rd Avenue in late 2019. Since then, 150 production credits have swiftly found their way on to a plethora of high-profile imprints including Armen Miran's Hoomidaas, Paul Thomas' UV and Nick Warren's The Soundgarden. Making his Particles debut, the "Opposite Ways" title track is propelled forward by a chest-thumping kick and ticking percussion, while a sumptuous selection of complementary melodies vie for attention. Subtly placed, meandering sequences and distorted lead lines pan the stereo spectrum with ease alongside fizzing white-noise pulses. A syncopated bass groove adds to the rhythmic power in a dancefloor tour de force. "Orbital" is similarly characterised by hefty rhythmic weight and bouncing bassline groove. Head-shaking hats and a smoothly cadenced arpeggio add urgency with counterpoint melodies and flowing chord progressions creating a sublime sonic landscape. Hitting its stride once more in the second half, Alan Cerra has created another intelligent floor-filler.

Sebastian Sellares has been a regular contributor to the Proton Music catalogue with 2020's "Jinsei / Zen State" and forthcoming "Conviction / Reverse Call". Also a regular on Anjunadeep, Replug and GMJ & Matter's Meanwhile imprints, the Córdoba resident continues to chart a rapidly rising path. Now marking his Particles debut, the Sebastian Sellares remix of "Orbital" immediately excites with its chunky rhythm and syncopated bassline. Evolving easily in early movements with delicate layering, the cadenced arpeggio from the original makes its presence felt in a quick-paced reworking. A chorus of effects and growling bass note add intrigue to the hypnotic backdrop as the track rises and falls in effortless fashion, showcasing the Argentinean star's production talent.

A duo of considerable repute, Blood Groove & Kikis have been at the centre of the underground house scene for over a decade. A regular on Spring Tube and Monstercat Silk with their earlier work, 2014's "Wonderland" album for the latter was a notable highlight. Particles has also played a significant role in the Latvian duo's output with a host of remixes for the likes of GMJ, Andre Sobota and East Café. Returning, the Blood Groove & Kikis remix of "Opposite Ways" is characterised by a smooth rolling bass groove and immaculately crafted percussion. Using the central melodic themes found in Alan Cerra's track to superb effect, coruscating melodies rebound off each other with consummate ease. The result is a multi-faceted sonic architecture that juxtaposes easily against the powerful and metronomic rhythm to create another hugely impressive remix from the Blood Groove & Kikis stable.

Through a pair of superb original tracks and sparkling remixes, Alan Cerra finds sonic harmony in "Opposite Ways".

The most significant part is that our preferences and tastes intricately but harmoniously amplify each other in most cases. All of us feel it. That is why the creation of a record label is a logical step for our career».

A friendship is one thing, but continuous development is vitally important. This is why the fellows decided not to take a break at the level of current achievements and grounded their own record label. «By the times someone discovers the points of coincidence with the colleagues not only in terms of business, but also creative sphere – that is always a positive experience! – Unification of musical efforts in frames of one label is our next and by no means unimportant step in creative self-fulfillment».

It is important to mention that the quad is not going to limit the newborn imprint’s catalog only with own productions. Intricate Records is also a promising platform for implementation of creative aspiration of other talented producers who feel themselves on the same wave quite often.

«Right at the moment there is no single record label which coincides with my musical taste and general conception, which I would like to see being embodied. Starting a new imprint with the fellow guys, I’m looking forward to the having the possibility of fulfilling myself as an A&R-manager and making the current musical world at least a little bit better. We are going to collaborate with our friends and associates from around the world. I certainly believe, if such projects are held with well-intentioned mood and built on relations of friendship, there are certain chances to make something special and terminative».
