Alessandro Pagliai, known by friends as George, began his artistic career in 2009 among the ranks of Fragola, the leading event organization in Italy, becoming an essential element in a few years and establishing himself as resident DJ of the various itinerant parties of the brand such as Sunflower and Fragola's Night.
Always fascinated by the most refined sounds, his DJ sets range from micro house, break beat, electro, to the deep house of the 90s. 
During his career he performs in the most important Italian venues and beyond, such as Tenax in Florence, Veniceberg in Verona, Doctor Sax in Turin, Deep n Morning in Naples, Classic club in Rimini, Grapevibe in Bologna, Barrakud Festival on the island of Pag, Hotel Butterfly in Rome.
In 2020 his podcast Nozoo Series 008 is released for the successful mix series of the Goa Club of Rome.

Introspection is an analysis of the inner-world, a psychological analysis, a method of observation of their actions and their mental content with a description of them by certain psychological categories. 
Our music will start from an analysis that touches all of our inner emotions and feelings to turn them into music, the union of all the elements, physical and psychological to create a single identity. 
Introspection is this, a platform for artists, a fusion of music and art, philosophy label is both simple than complex.

Benji (Benjamin Pratesi), classe 1987, inizia a frequentare musica elettronica all'età di 17 anni, cominciando a frequentare locali in Italia e con l' aumentare dell'età, locali e festival all' estero, avvertendo sempre di più' un particolare legame con quel mondo. La passione per il genere di musica vissuto lo porta a cominciare una collaborazione con alcuni staff fino ad iniziare, nel 2009, una collaborazione con lo staff Fragola, un gruppo che si occupa di pubbliche relazioni e organizzazione di eventi nella nightlife di Firenze. La partecipazione al progetto Fragola comincia con le pubbliche relazioni per il primo anno, per poi iniziare anche la sua carriera come DJ, cominciando a mettere i primi dischi nei locali di Firenze e dintorni come il Tenax, uno dei migliori club in Italia. Con il passare degli anni si esibìsce in piazze importanti, come quella dell' Alchemy Festival a Torino, roBOt Festival a Bologna e del più' importante open air fiorentino, organizzato da Fragola, il Sunflower. Resident del Reunion (Barberino di Mugello), i suoi set sono sempre in evoluzione e maggiormente apprezzati, variando suoni appartenenti alle molteplici tipologie di Techno, House e Minimal.

Nanni Bottura: co-founder of the collective "Untitled", takes his first steps into the world of electronic music as a kid, learning styles and techniques directly on the dancefloor. After the most disparate experiences around the best clubs in Europe, together with his crew, he finally creates a format for organizing unconventional and out-of-the-box events, born from the need to express his vision of clubbing. It offers multiple sounds within the international electronic sphere, but the real vein follows what was the first house of the early 90s and its infinite facets.
