Eugenio Baldacci, resident DJ of the Plàstic project at Deposito Pontecorvo, sound engineer and music producer, together with Lorenzo Magnozzi, DJ, sound designer and label boss of Introspection Recordings, have joined since 2020 under the name of Solid State Bass their back to back front at the turntables and inside the recording studio.
Their sound combines deep vibes ranging from the deepest roots of organic house to straight and broken techno grooves for dj sets that last even more than 3 hours.

Introcast 10 - Solid State Bass

Eugenio Baldacci was born in Pisa in 1993. He began working as a DJ and promoter in 2009. Since then, he has been an active part of the Tuscan music scene, quickly gaining experience as a DJ and vinyl collector. "Deep Feeling," his debut EP as a producer, was released on Urbanlife Records in 2011. Over the years, he has participated in various projects as a resident DJ, including Reflex Club in 2012, Vertigo in 2013/2014, and Ritual in 2015. His studio activity continued in 2014 with the release of "Apricot Hill" on Afterworks Sounds and "My Mystik Road EP" and "Waterfall EP" on Boreal Recordings. In 2017, he signed his first EP for Introspection Recordings: "Hypnagogic EP," where he experiments with Micro House sounds mixed with the most unimaginable musical samples. Since the 2016 season, he has been a resident DJ at Club Deposito Pontecorvo in Pisa for the Plàstic project, a Tuscan underground group that has allowed him to play alongside big names in the global techno scene, such as Ben Sims, Tommy 47, DJ Rolando, Boston 168, Xosar, Benjamin Damage, The Analogue Cops and many others. He has also performed at numerous resident events, giving him the opportunity to fully express his extensive musical background, which ranges from Acid House, Techno, Break Beat and Electro sounds. On August 27, 2022, he opened the stage for Jeff Mills in the unique setting of the Fortezza Nuova in Livorno. In 2023, his activity as a producer resumed with the release of a five-track EP entitled "La Musique", produced by Introspection Recordings. Over the years his name has appeared in the line up of many festivals including Atlas Festival (Zeri), Green Tech Festival (Pisa), Opera Music Festival (Prato), Turn Off Festival (Pisa), Molo Street Parade (Rimini).

Gaius Iulius Caesar Augustus Germanicus; 31 August 12 – 24 January 41 AD. was the third Roman emperor, ruling from 37 to 41 AD. The son of the popular Roman general Germanicus and Augustus's granddaughter Agrippina the Elder, Caligula was born into the first ruling family of the Roman Empire, conventionally known as the Julio-Claudian dynasty. Germanicus' uncle and adoptive father, Tiberius, succeeded Augustus as emperor of Rome in 14 AD.
Although he was born Gaius Caesar, after Julius Caesar, he acquired the nickname "Caligula" (meaning "little [soldier's] boot", the diminutive form of caliga) from his father's soldiers during their campaign in Germania. When Germanicus died at Antioch in 19, Agrippina returned with her six children to Rome, where she became entangled in a bitter feud with Tiberius. The conflict eventually led to the destruction of her family, with Caligula as the sole male survivor. Untouched by the deadly intrigues, Caligula accepted an invitation in 31 to join the emperor on the island of Capri, where Tiberius had withdrawn five years earlier. Following the death of Tiberius, Caligula succeeded his adoptive grandfather as emperor in 37 AD.

There are few surviving sources about the reign of Caligula, although he is described as a noble and moderate emperor during the first six months of his rule. After this, the sources focus upon his cruelty, sadism, extravagance, and sexual perversion, presenting him as an insane tyrant. While the reliability of these sources is questionable, it is known that during his brief reign, Caligula worked to increase the unconstrained personal power of the emperor, as opposed to countervailing powers within the principate. He directed much of his attention to ambitious construction projects and luxurious dwellings for himself, and initiated the construction of two aqueducts in Rome: the Aqua Claudia and the Anio Novus. During his reign, the empire annexed the client kingdom of Mauretania as a province.

In early 41, Caligula was assassinated as a result of a conspiracy by officers of the Praetorian Guard, senators, and courtiers. The conspirators' attempt to use the opportunity to restore the Roman Republic was thwarted, however. On the day of the assassination of Caligula, the Praetorians declared Caligula's uncle, Claudius, the next Roman emperor. Although the Julio-Claudian dynasty continued to rule the empire until the fall of his nephew Nero in 68, Caligula's death marked the official end of the Julii Caesares in the male line.
