Mexican producer Verum Grimoire releases a new EP on Inflect Records, featuring three original tracks and a remix by Italian producer Alberto Melloni. 'Redeemer & Destroyer' opens the EP with a dark and ominous soundscape, followed by the unique addition of guitar riffs in 'Renaissance'. The title track 'Ascension' takes listeners on a celestial journey, building to an explosion of energy and euphoria. Alberto Melloni's remix of 'Redeemer & Destroyer', titled the 'Blue Night Mix', adds another level of sonic experience with his signature soundscapes and driving beat. Verum Grimoire showcases their ability to create captivating and dynamic electronic music, offering a unique journey through sound and emotion with each track. The addition of Alberto Melloni's remix brings a new perspective to the EP, making 'Ascension' a must-listen for electronic music enthusiasts.

Bologna’s Random Numbers unveils the ‘You Are Dreaming! (Remixes) of La Serpiente this June, featuring Elena Colombi, BXP, Big Hands, Front de Cadeaux and Wang Inc. on remix duties.

The Italian Random Numbers imprint has become synonymous with boundary breaking, left of centre sounds since 2014, launched by BXP and White Raven who regularly feature on the label, it also showcases a wide variety of experimental Italian artists and others beyond across the globe. Often embracing the resurgence of the cassette format as well as vinyl and digital. Here the label shines a light on Amsterdam via Milano artist La Serpiente aka Marco Segato who makes a welcome return to the label and has also featured his mystical, post-industrial leaning works on the likes of brokntoys, XCPT, Dionysian Mysteries and Sons Of Traders among others.

Opening this remix package of ‘You Are Dreaming!’ is the acid-laced, slowly unfurling psychedelic original, followed by Front De Cadeaux’ percussive focused rework.

Label co-founder BXP then opens the B-Side, turning in a mind-altering interpretation fuelled by modulating synth whirrs, shuffled drums and bumpy bass hits. 

The ‘Big Hands Remix’ then ups the tempo, embracing a more off-kilter Techno feel employing the originals hypnotic chimes with skippy drums and fluttering resonant licks before Elena Colombi induces a dreamy, trance like state via fluttering bells, haunting voices and elongated bass drones. 

Lastly as a digital bonus, Wang Inc. turns in the final remix, a fourteen minute tribal-tinged journey through organic rhythms, oscillating synth lines and fragments of the original composition.

Mastered by Cem Oral at Jammin Masters, the track surges like a sonic tempest, fusing puzzling EBM frequencies with driving post-punk rhythms. It feels like an interplanetary communion ignited by a cyber-fuelled euphoria of Arabesque synths and French dubbed-out poetry.

Boris Acket, what to say about the artist making waves in both auditory and visual realms. His music is unique, as are his forays into lighting and art installations with cohorts Nick Verstand, and Bob Roijen as Skyline. For fans of boundaries being pushed, you’ve met your match. 
Today we have the pleasure of premiering Znton 03. Titled the third out of six tracks on the release, but certainly not a middling track, Znton 03 brings a groovy vibe and melancholic pads that we thrive on here at Delayed. Full to the brim with warm synths and sporadic hints of brightness, Znton 03 chugs along and brings introspection but providing that brief hint of hopefulness for the future. 
As part of De Lichting, he along with the rest of the collective, have piqued our interest and created a wonderful microcosm of discerning music that we've been following very closely.
