It was a pleasure to play for UPGRADE DnB in San Clemente along with MC's Woes, Werd and Slim!  The inspiration for this set came directly from my early days in drum and bass and more specifically the sounds of Dieselboy in the late 90s.  During this period DB combined deep, dark and edgy elements with hints of liquid on the SixEleven Mix Series, System Upgrade and A Soldiers Story releases.  His track selections and transitions during this period inspire my mixes today almost 20 years later.  Another huge inspiration of mine has been the Planet of the Drums recordings including the infamous AK1200, DJ Dara and ofcourse Dieselboy.  I would like to end by sending a huge shout out and thank you to Drew Massey aka Werd MC for having me out and dropping the proper rhymes along with MCs Woes and Slim!
