Gettin' up in the morning to the same old songs
and the moon's still up cause we beat the sun
better turn it all on just to make it

But it's never as bad as it could've been
though it could be better than it always seems.
So we do it for each other
it makes it a little better.

And we once were blind but we now can see
the way the world works and how it ever came to be
beautiful and ugly
yet there's room for one another.

So turn the noise off step outside and look up high
at the stars we all see in the same old sky.
They can't be hiding the truth
and we share them with each other.

I know the world's not perfect and it never was
and the wheel keeps turning like it always does.
Turns forward just a little faster
than it turned out last year.

Now we make the best of every turn we've got
and we won't quit livin' till the big wheel stops.

In September 1931 Matuschka was apprehended at the scene of the wreck of the Vienna Budapest Express, in which 24 people died and over 100 were severely injured. He had engineered the wreck, and others before that. The all too perverse motive for his bizarre crime soiled the front of his trousers. Imprisoned for life, he disappeared from prison during the closing stages of World War 2. His fate remains unknown.

All music and sound effects created  entirely in AUM on iPad, using several instances of the iVCS3 app. No other instruments used.
