The dazzling light of the first days of June. On my side of the world, in the Northern Hemisphere, June is a happy month, when nature is at its maximum splendor, with its flowers and colors, its lush life, its light. The days are longer, the climate is mild and people are happier, with more desire to go out, inebriated with so much wonder, for the beginning of summer.
Thanks to my dear inestimable friend @Rosindust for her performance at violin. The counterpoints are from my new cello! Some parts were too low for the violin so I took the plunge and used the cello I bought a few months ago when, in a moment of extreme optimism, I thought it would be easier to play it.. :)

Moon dogs, also known as paraselenae, are bright spots on either side of the moon, symbolizing for some, spiritual growth, enhanced intuition, and self-reflection. The phenomenon is a reminder to embrace change and personal transformation.

Hey… thanks for dropping by. When I was a somewhat naive teenager driving in my first car, down a wildly dark mountain road, it was as if I was being pulled into some strange kind of dream created by… of all things, the wingbeats of butterflies. I was swallowed whole by my naïveté about lust and love. Overwhelmed by my sense of free falling into this alluring dream, there was no turning back for me. I dove into the unknown for love, or possibly lust. Most likely a combination of both. My destination was a local dance for my age group. I couldn’t dance though, that was apparent, and my feet were sweating in that moment, knowing they had to come up with something grand. I am usually good on my feet, but had become enamored by a young woman I was now dancing with, and I was slightly off balance. The moment I realized I was out of my depth, it was too late, as my world crashed in on itself. I had puppy feet and it was hilarious to everyone except me. This becoming a man bullshit was gonna be harder than I thought……. Maybe you have found yourself in similar situations? I hope so. All these choices in life. I have certainly slowed down and mellowed out with age. So it is what it is. Mark
