Beschreibung: „Ein Sprung in den Himmel“ ist ein nostalgisches Heimatlied im Stil der 1930er-Jahre – komponiert als zentrales Element des Soundtracks zum biografischen Roman Hinter uns das Land von Frank Talmon l’Armée.

Dieser Song fungiert als akustisches Zeitdokument innerhalb des zweiten Albums Flight of the Light. Er vereint verblasste Agfa-Klangwelten – mit Zither, Akkordeon und authentischem Shellac-Knistern – mit sentimentalem Gesang.

Die Geschichte dahinter: Wir schreiben den Sommer 1941. Während die Welt um sie herum im Krieg versinkt, erleben Inge und ihre Freundinnen am Warschkeiter See in Ostpreußen einen letzten, trügerischen Moment der Unschuld.
