This sonic journey features binaural textures from Delta to Alpha frequencies & explores the theme of transcending conflict to try and find peace.  The visuals continue to explore audiovisual entrainment and were built using touchdesigner and the tdableton component.

Experimental AVE [Audiovisual Entrainment] Live set At the LCB Depot's Lightbox Gallery, for the launch of DIGITAL - Dec 3rd, 2021

Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) uses pulses of light and sound at specific frequencies to gently guide the brain into various brainwave patterns. By altering your brainwave frequencies, it is possible to impact mood, focus, sleep patterns, cognition etc.

This live set is a brief sonic excursion from Delta to Beta frequencies (1HZ - 30HZ) with the aim of investigating what the effects of AVE could be away from its formal (clinical) use and presented in the context of a cultural experience.

Fulton Armstrong, a former senior US intelligence official, has a unique perspective on Bolton's coup confession. In 2002, Bolton unsuccessfully tried to have Armstrong removed from his post after the US intelligence community refused to back Bolton's allegations of an advanced Cuban biological weapons program.

Vocals from Leonie DG which I’ve converted to binaural audio.  These range from Delta frequencies ~ 3.5Hz to Alpha frequencies ~ 11Hz.   The visual were built in Touchdesigner and continues my theme of experimental Audio-visual entrainment. (AVE is a subset of brainwave entrainment, uses flashes of lights and pulses of tones to guide the brain into various states of brainwave activity).

The audience members were effectively agreeing to be collectively hypnotised.  Essentially what our government, the mass media etc are already doing to us on a daily basis  - the fundamental difference is that the underlying message shifts from a fear to love.
