ABOUT THE ARTIST:

The sound designer, music producer and multi-instrumentalist, Sérgio Walgood, is a well known name in the worldwide chillout music scene Music producer and DJ with 15 self releases and tracks on many compilations around the globe.

Walgood currently develops projects that involve chillout, techno and psytrance music. He is one of the magicians behind the band OCO and also runs the projects Random Mode, Angular Momentum and coordinates the acclaimed Chillout Stage of the ZNA Gathering Festival.

A long time veteran Producer, Remix artist and DJ who has been steadily pursuing the art of going to and fro vibrating subwoofers with crystallized sonic frequencies. With over 10 years of continuously playing underground and mainstream events Nanda has been in and around the epicenter of the Bass music festival culture phenomenon that has grown rapidly on the west coast of America and quickly spread its wings across the globe. Amritone is a chillout project created by Alexander Zhikharev, an experienced electronic music artist also known for his other projects: Parallax Breakz, Para-Dise, Tandavibe, Infuzoria, IBS Faction, Sunsound Space. In his work, Alexander experiments in various psychedelic music genres such as psychill, psybass, dubstep, progressive breaks, ambient.

O is the sixth album by Amritone. It is a splendid blend of electronic music styles, full of the author's bold experiments in rhythmic and harmonic forms, and yet it maintains crystal sound transparency. Psybass and drum-n-bass percussions and bass lines are skilfully woven into the sound textures of psychill and ambient. Each track of the album represents a story of its own. The author describes the concept of O as reflections about searching for the light in the emptiness of the reality, the disappearance of the ego and its rebirth in the divine form.
