There's alwaýs something on my mind!

Lately I've been mixing a heavy amount of dubstep, drum and bass and various electronic music, many of the mixes you can find at my website  http://www.digitallydeficient.com.  Working with those genres I've missed the sound of chill Hip-Hop and RnB and I feel someone out there may feel the same which is why the first hour of this mix is dedicated to those genres. 

Lastly as a heads up I want you to know the music goes from Feelgood to RnB and transistions to HipHop, all in all I feel it works. As with all of my mixes I try my best to convey my feelings (or pass a message) and I try to use music I believe people havent heard before so they can properly LISTEN to the music.

 Part 2 will be more electronic in nature but until then enjoy Part 1 :]

Digitally Deficient Monthly Mix - May 2011 - Part 1

Bit of a last minute entry to the CDR Dimensions competition - I was away on holiday til 2 days ago (glad they extended the deadline). 

Done in Cubase/Maschine - basically just the samples below, plus an extra kick and a Novation Basstation 2. Just messed around with it til something started sounding good :-)
