This is the end of our closing set at Betamax Video Club, performed live at Ten Tigers Parlour in Washington, DC. This synthwave performance includes improvisation in addition to programmed synths and drum machines. These are unreleased, original compositions by Jonathan Lim & Iterations.

We're excited to announce that Aquatic Collective is hosting a remix competition for A Path Untold's full length album, Wander to Serve. 

Released this past October, this multi-genre album embodies the unique soul and character in electronic music that our collective holds in the highest regard.  Winners of the contest will get their track released and promoted on one of the two official Wander to Serve remix albums forthcoming on the label.

The winning producers will also receive software from the respected developer 2cAudio, who creates some of our favorite go-to plugins due to their incredibly detailed and unique results.

Their brand new plugin, called Precedence, is an powerful new technology for direct sound spatialization and positioning  - it allows you to produce a self-modulating stereo-image within a virtual stage giving ultra precise left-to-right, and front-to-back localization. Used together with 2CAudio reverbs such as Breeze2, you can create an incredible sense of hyper-realistic 3D space. 

Winners of the contest will receive licenses for either the Breeze2 reverb plugin, Precedence or products from the advanced Galbanum sound design line, including the Abstraction loop libraries or Architecture Waveform series for expanding wavetable synthesizers. These are all exciting additions to expand any forward thinking producer's library of tools.

All submissions will be listened to and voted on by 4 different artists from Aquatic Collective in a ‘blind queue’ with none of the remixers names in the title - so there is no bias or preconceived opinions to color the assessment.
