For our second podcast of the year we the have french producer and dj Solarythm. Hailing from the psychedelic trance scene under the same moniker he's been one of the young and most promising up&coming artists these past years, both within realms of psy-trance as well as hypnotic techno. We're very appreciative he's been expanding his vision and to have him onboard for the Navigare Audio podcast.

With every Full Moon or solar eclips I will present a new artist which I highly admire, respect and who embraces the same dark, ambient and hypnotic techno sounds like me.⁠

The Full Moon is a time of blossom and highlights.⁠
The Full Moon equals the spiritual and energetic culmination. ⁠
When the Full Moon has passed, the waning moon phase begins. ⁠
This is the time to let go what no longer serves you. ⁠

Last week we had our last Full Moon in Cancer, also called the 'cold Moon', which brings a powerful emotional energy. This water sign is in fact known for its deep feelings and strong intuition. Therefore, during this full moon, you may notice that you are more emotional than usual.

This Full Moon is in opposite of the Sun in Capricorn. This is an interesting dynamic because where Cancer is about emotion and intuition, Capricorn is about structure and discipline. This creates quite an inner struggle, where you feel like you are being pulled back and forth between two worlds....

On the one hand, you feel the need to let your emotions run wild and focus on your personal life. On the other hand, the energy of Capricorn calls you to focus on your ambitions and responsibilities. A case of "cry later". Balance is the key word here. It's a time to recognize that both your emotional well-being and professional achievements are important. You may find ways to feel as well as nurture both.

Innerworld is a reflection of Akshay Mathker’s exploration into the deeper realms of techno. This Goa based DJ and producer is inspired by the psychedelic and trance music culture that he grew up surrounded by. Dark and mysterious, yet energetic and hypnotic, Innerworld crafts a landscape that invites the listeners to turn inwards, delve deep into realms within, guided by enchanting atmospheres layered with silky wisps of rhythm. His journey as a DJ started over a decade ago, and he has been producing a variety of electronic music since then under different aliases. Innerworld’s debut EP, “Vibrations,” on Qilla Records, envelops listeners in a tapestry of warm, trippy sounds that beautifully follow his earlier single featured in the “Chakravyuh” compilation. This captivating release sets the stage for his upcoming five-track EP, “Vimana,” which promises to be a sweltering journey on Mana Abundance, which he has previously released singles on. Additionally, he’s got a series of singles slated for release by the end of 2024 on esteemed Indian and international labels.Akshay has warmed up for legends like Amotik, Ness, Claudio PRC, Gonno, and Haruka, and also recently having had his Boiler Room debut. With his roots in progressive metal circles, Zokhuma has utilized the varying influences from his extensive musical journey to find a way to be a genre-fluid, innovative selector during his DJ Sets and within his productions. He seamlessly crisscrosses through warm, vibrant soundscapes, to UK-influenced grime and Jungle soundtracks to breaks and dub-techno to deeper, forward-thinking psychedelic-infused and electro. 

For the 14th Edition of the ELVT In The Mix - we asked Zokhuma to showcase his versatility and explore darker soundscapes, inspired by the auditory journey he took us on during @vaayukula’s monumental New Years Eve gathering. The result is a 60 minute exploration into mutant-inspired sounds with plenty of squelching 303s, psychedelic influences, rhythmic percussive sounds and electro-driven basslines.
