Naarm/Melbourne’s Lily Dalton caught my ear with an impressive series of mixes for @city-bleus and @chomleychomley among others, and I’m so glad to welcome her as she prepares to launch her upcoming label @irregularforms. Lily’s mix is infectious and brilliantly paced, all while highlighting a solid dose of Australian music, and it’s clear she’ll soon enough be bringing entire crowds to their knees. This one sounds like a rush to the front, a shared inhale, a collective dream of dancing beneath a florescent sky.

The mainstay from the French underground music scene, Nems B is not a stranger here at Delayed. He’s one of the masterminds behind a very well-curated podcast series, Phonons which we love listening to. With releases on labels like Oslated and On Board Music, Nems-B has been building a reputation as a talented producer who should be on everyone’s radar.
Behind the decks, Nems-B puts the accent on storytelling and usually operates within deeper shades of House and Techno. In this hour-long mix, Nems-B brings back all the feels of those late after-hours we all long for. The mix is super smooth with a brilliant track selection.

Faunipulate ~ I designed this track with controlled chaos in mind, the name is a representation of how us beings have manipulated the fauna around us, the respect of the environment is always priority.

Every sound is a modular approach to sound design, using some awesome M4L devices to map the parameters at random but keeping a controlled rhythm, sitting at 120BPM we're just chilling to the dub soundscapes.
