The ever-evolving Dutch underground electronic music scene has been developing some of the world’s most exciting talent for the past 20 years or so. Even though Amsterdam has been the proverbial center and place where most of the events have been happening, cities like Rotterdam, Utrecht, and The Hague have had their fair share of contributing to the vibrant musical landscape in Holland. 

Lisbon born, Utrecht based, Nuno Dos Santos, is one of the staples of the Dutch scene and indeed, the figure that many young and upcoming artists look up to. Nuno belongs to a small group of forward-thinking artists that continuously keep pushing the sound and style of electronic music to a different level. Whether it is through his imprints Something Happening Somewhere (SoHaSo) and OOSSHA, well-curated events, or his mind-bending eclectic sets, Nuno never plays a ‘safe card’ and keeps things fresh and exciting. With Nuno, one thing is constant above all, and that is quality. 

We are delighted to have the opportunity to feature this phenomenal mix that checks all the boxes mentioned above. Without going into genre definitions, let’s say that this timeless mix is an ideal partner for these surreal times we currently live in.

After establishing itself over the years as a steady source of left-field techno, ambient & experimental electronic music, Delayed has evolved into a multi-faceted platform consisting of weekly premieres, DJ mixes, live recordings, interviews, editorials & launched its own record label, @never-late, in 2023. Regularly collaborating with artists, record labels, collectives, annual festivals & niche gatherings, Delayed provides glimpses into a variety of rich ecosystems & sub cultures around the world. I just love music and the people surrounding it! Since 2019 techno hit me and since 2020 I made some friends in recording studios and livestream locations in Amsterdam. Little by little my network grew and it's still growing ever since. Maybe sometime in the future I'll be standing behind the decks too. For now I really enjoy the backstage.
