Self-educated as a producer from a young age, the Southern German native, now based in Berlin, blends his love for Jungle, UKG, Breaks, and Bass Music with the influences of Germany's vibrant electronic music scene, crafting his own signature sound. Early 2024, Diffrent scored with 'A Little Closer', his anticipated debut on Marlon Hoffstadt & Malugi's fantastic imprint Club Heart Broken, an absolute viral future classic, gaining support from not only UKG heavyweights like Sammy Virji, Oppidan or Notion, but also breaking genre boundaries as a solid favourite of acclaimed radio hosts and the most influential selectors around the world. Currently one of the most versatile producers in the scene, Hamdi’s ability to produce a wide range of styles and genres has made him an exciting prospect for any label to get their hands on. Hamdi’s signature blend of Dubstep, UKG and Grime has earned him support from some of the biggest artists in the world, including Skrillex, Knife Party, Fred Again.., Zeds Dead and Porter Robinson. Closer to home, Hamdi has consistently received support from the UK underground scene’s most prestigious acts, including DJ EZ, Skream, Sherelle and Mala. 

His track Skanka has taken the world by storm and was arguably one of the biggest Dubstep tracks of 2022, with DJ Mag writing '‘Skanka’ has already proven its staying power and firmly cemented its place as a modern classic.' Hamdi has also become known for his energetic DJ sets that have already taken him to India, Australia and the United States. As 3000 Blog wrote, ‘there really aren’t many who are keeping pace with Hamdi, as he tends to fly from deck to deck, pulling the audience from left to right in a seriously thrilled multi-genre ride.’ With releases on labels such as Bassrush, Deadbeats, and Vision Recordings already under his belt, it's safe to say the future is bright for Hamdi.
