The psychedelic experience is the mere manifestation of the human being’s inner world. Its universality can connect two different people with agnostic point of views in two separate locations. Pablo Jacobo carved into another entrerriano’s musical lineage, Linares Cardozo, to get a full ticket to this experience. From that starting point Pablo Jacobo created “La San Llamarada”: an open space work, wide and vast where dark and eerie figures arise among the Entre Ríos jungle .

Pol Nada decides to distort his own musical path again, this time with a folkloric approximation from a work based in the investigation of a musician born in his home town (La Paz, Entre Ríos).

Chamamé, chamarrita, and throttled chamamé are the main threads on this new Pol Nada’s album, filled with psychedelic and paralisergic elements inmersed in a dark cloud enlightened with a blaze of digital delays and reverbs which expands itself as the silence of a nocturne river, powered by sharp Dub basslines and darkened guitar strings, which shapes the obscure and shiny Folk songs in this album.

La San Llamarada is a double project in two parts. A first one, containing 8 digital and lisergic folklore songs to be released in March 2017 by Fértil Discos (Buenos Aires) and Mamboretá (Formosa); and a second part featuring exquisite electronic reversions curated by Fértil Discos, gathering artists such as El Remolón, Barda, San Ignacio, among others.

Canto a La Paz + Dandara and Jin Yerei Remixes is an advance of this two releases.

Italian male/female duo Underspreche debuted last year with a series of excellent releases on Optimo Music - their very ﬁrst 12" Split EP with Muslimgauze, the ﬁrst solo 12" Subterrenus, and their debut album Invito Alla Danza. The Italian duo now readies their ﬁrst release of 2017, "Symbiosis" coming out on Mule Musiq sublabel Endless Flight. The label reports: “such a unique productions by the mysterious duo from Italy, who’ve got the cult acquaintance on the last year by the re-edit of Moodymann, and also the debut album from Optimo Trax. in some extents following up our expectation which we already have gained from their last features, as mashing up ethereal vocalization with  primitive unknown phrases and acidy drum strength - b side takes us further more by building up sounds indeed destined to the middle of nowhere - referring jaraï, the vietnamese ethnic minority and mapuche as aborigines in south america as its title. exactly designed for you who have been bored with similar four-on-the ﬂoor stuffs in the club.” The Italian duo likes melting many musical cultures together, sich as African, Indian and Vietnamise. They declared: “We named the release "Symbiosis"  because we wished to describe the close relationship between our way of creating music and other distant musical cultures. One can hear samples from different places and cultures of the world. For "El Ijo De La Madre" we used a sephardic lullaby sounds, "Jarai" features a love song of a Vietnamese tribe, while in “Mapuche” there are lullaby samples coming from an Argentinian community

The powerful fire of grandfather Sun, our Wonderful Star, the Grand Space of infinite Creations, Powerful in al it's forms,, the Roughness & Rawness of Existence...I love the strong masculine energy :)

But The Divine Feminine is Equally Powerful. More subtle, modest, yet Omnipresent all around & within us. She Loves unconditionally, brings Balance, creates Harmony, connects & opens the Heart(s), she's the moulder of the natural world, It is the Womb, where Life is formed. She's the portal through the Infinite. 
She is feminine beauty, and women are gifted & blessed with all aspects of her power. Some call her the Mother Goddess. Planet Earth is one of her many physical appearances, nourishing our Existence, as a heartwarming caring mother...but she also is present in each and everyone of us, men & women alike, we are her children, we are her creations, we are her existence, we are the divine...

Inspired by our dear Bogdan (violin) born in Serbia and raised in a war torn country.  As I imagined his childhood , and the sounds of the terror, I also envision him playing this beautiful and haunting violin and singing, doing all he can to put war behind him and allowing peace to reign in the hearts of his people.  Bogdan, is not only a source of immeasurable inspiration for me, but also one of the most humble and real humans I have had the honor of knowing. Listen as he loses himself in his instrument and emotions, never however, losing the intensity of his intention.  to accompany him is the powerful voice of a gifted woman born to express herself through singing. I have had the honor of working with her several times and each time, she elevated any experience to new heights.  I feature Pasale Caristo on this piece. With the sun rising behind the olive trees, the fresh last minute summer breeze, and the smiling dance of beloved ones, I sang to the Orixás asking for protection, for mindfulness, for opening the paths, and so the music floated trough the decks.

It's spring again! After a deep and crazy winter time here on earth in 2020 - it's time to open up again and breathe in the outdoors and the freshness of this time of year :)

SPRING MIXTAPE

When the Corona plague began, writing and composing music was for me an unrealized fantasy. At the beginning of the first closure I decided to take action, I learned the basics of music in a zoom class and hundreds of hours of online learning and doing that fills my soul with indescribable happiness. For half a year now, in every spare moment I have been studying, writing and trying to create and discovering each time how little my knowledge is and how much more there is to learn, and every such discovery fills me with happiness.
My dream was to take the melodies and piyyutim that I love so much and compose them with pleasant beats. The road is still long as mentioned, but it was two weeks ago, at 1 o'clock at night, when I suddenly hear the slichot emanating from the synagogue in front of my house. And I, who was a Spanish-style cantor and so fond of Slichot poems, did not remain indifferent, sat down in front of a microphone, recorded myself, and began to create on the recording. It was the first time in my life that I find myself falling apart crying during some piece of work, while hearing the powerful text thousands of times. So in the run-up to Rosh Hashanah, I am currently gathering courage, and for the first time raising the work in the process (premix) taken from the Slichot and the statement that - "My Lord is God".
