Boston-based computer musician Craig "Alan" Hanson produces IDM, ambient and experimental electro-acoustic music. His work utilizes a diverse sonic palette that ranges from custom built synthesizers and digital signal processors to organic field recordings and acoustic instrumentation. Craig holds a Master's degree in computer music from the Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics (CCRMA) at Stanford University.
