He's a Dallas based DJ, that has been in the electronic music scene since the late 2000's, where he became infatuated by the rich textures and high energy of Trance.

Inspired by OTC sets, his taste quickly gravitated from peak-time, floor stomping tracks to center more toward the progressive, evocative soundscapes of the deeper cuts that would be played at the beginning of the night. After moving to a much smaller city in 2015 for graduate school, where an electronic scene was non-existent, he decided to immerse himself in the art of DJing, furthering his passion for the melodic and hypnotic sounds that drive extended sets. 

In 2019 he founded Shades, a mix series that explores the current state of House, Techno, and Trance.

Raised in a family with a multicultural background and diverse musical influences, Sobhan was exposed to different genres from an early age, ranging from Rock and Blues to Reggae, Spanish, French, Indian, classical and Persian music. So far, he has releases on labels such as Monada Project, Kosa Records, Ready Mix Records, and Art Vibes Music which gathered amazing support by the likes of Ali Farahani, Kora, Niki Sadeki, Be Svendsen, Maga, Amine K, BiG AL, Savvas, George X to name a few.
