8/10/24 - Afternoon Delight @ Mission Control

Recorded live at Burning Man 2024 at Maybe Bike Repair. 1.5 hours of whimsical and magical daytime desert sounds.

At the tail end of a spiritually awakening morning and sleepless night, I threw down this set completely off the cuff, just letting my mood and the energy of the environment dictate what happens next.. my favorite way to play. Listening to this takes me back to the height of the sun in the Black Rock Desert and reminds me of the magic present in each moment out there, however small.

As the 26th anniversary of legendary LDP 2024 comes to a close, the Arturian lays down one last set to bring the energy of the final night into a conclusion.  An eclectic set starting with garage, breaks melodic tech and house...then, as the sun peaked over the mountains, it moves into a spiritual awakening.  Feels Good.

Recorded live at 3:00am on Saturday October 5th, this is 1.5 hours of deep and expansive melodic house & techno played alongside the pristine backdrop of the beautiful Lake Don Pedro and the star-filled night sky. 

The LDP Boat Party is hitting its 26th year, and it’s crazy to think how it all started with just a few people wanting to spin some records out in nature. What began as a small gathering has grown into something much more—a floating family reunion that keeps growing, filled with people who share a deep love for music, friendship, and community. It’s more than just a party... These days it almost feels like a homecoming and I'm so grateful I get to be a part of it all.
