Venus Tunes, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, starts its journey as a jazz label in 2004, releasing the albums of saxophone player Susanne Alt.
In 2016 the label makes a turn towards other musical styles such as funk, soulful house, nu-jazz and broken beat by releasing remixes of Alt's latest album "Saxify".
In 2024, Venus Tunes is back with a jazz release: Susanne Alt's Royalty for Real.
