BIO:

Cormac Looby is an Irish singer-songwriter from Co. Tipperary, currently based in Manchester. Having honed his craft busking on the streets of Galway, he is now a regular on the Manchester music scene.

With influences ranging from Springsteen to Sam Fender and Mick Flannery, he combines elements of folk and pop music, with introspective and honest song-writing. In 2019, a live recording of his track ‘Nóirín’ received radio play both in Ireland and the UK.

Cormac's debut single ‘I Don’t Need Your Love’, combines a raw, acoustic foundation with elements of soulful folk and was recorded at the prestigious SHED studios. The song is about the feeling you get when someone's sick of your s**t. It will be released on all platforms on Friday 28th February.

With an old school feel and Paolo Nutini sensibility, big music influencers such as Keep Walking Music, LA On Lock, Esydia & Music Lover are all happy to be featuring Cormac Looby!

With an EP to come later this year, 2020 should be an exciting year for this guy.
