She’s a relative newcomer to the scene but in a very short space of time she’s made quite an impact, signing her tracks to Mainground Music, Set About, Nova Collective, Pure Black and many more. Her entry in the recent Drumcode Mha Iri remix contest was runner up and her tracks have been played by artists like Kevin de Vries, Juliet Fox, Teenage Mutants and many others. Her DJ sets are a combination of old school sounds and modern elements creating dynamic driving techno sets. The mix you’re about to hear includes five of her own tracks, two of which are unreleased.

Her sets are raw, immersive, and uncompromising merging hypnotic, tribal and deep techno into unforgettable sonic narratives, building deep, long form journeys from the opening kick to the last drop. From Wrocław’s concrete halls to Cairo rooftops and Berlin basements she tells stories meant to be felt, not filtered.

Danny Fontana, Don Weber - Valhalla (Original Mix)

Thomas Evans presents this one-tracker as a precursor for his upcoming album on phobiq. The steamrolling rhythm section sets the tone and the affair rolls out to an epic chord breakdown, preceded by menacing stabs and otherworldly effects.

Thomas Evans - Bitch Is Back (Original Mix)

Barbuto makes his phobiq debut and the aptly-titled &#8220;Cicadas&#8221; is up first, boasting buzzing synths in the background while evolving arpeggios slowly engulf the track. The Spektre remix toughens things up as the boys add their trademarked shadowy percussion and create a total heads-down vibe. &#8220;Eye Of Horus&#8221; introduces subtle riffing and claustrophobic melodic elements which lead to Thoth&#8217;s mix where we get a more looped-out approach together with a grinding rhythm section.

Barbuto - Cicadas (Spektre Remix)

Alex Rubino makes his phobiq debut with no less than four cuts and the tone is set right from the beginning with the mighty stabs and commanding spoken word vocals of the title track. &#8220;Dacks&#8221; continues in the same stomping vein, adding tasty chords to the low-end rumble that propels the affair. Moving on, the manic hi-hats and percussive lead of &#8220;Disco&#8221; bring us to &#8220;Shocking&#8221;, which closes the EP, and where things deceptively seem to tone down, but in reality are just precursors to the epic synths in the breakdown.
