Helping me Draw The Line this week with her guest mix in the 2nd hour it’s Marita Mätlik who’s from Tallinn, Estonia, and is now based in Stockholm. Her first musical obsession were Prodigy and then she got into gritty electro and black metal. She was also deeply involved in the hardcore punk scene as a guitarist. In the end she found a sense of true belonging in the dark warehouses of the underground techno scene. Her past journeys through different musical styles are represented in her DJ sets, resulting in a playful, hard hitting and distorted fusion

Helping me Draw The Line this week with her guest mix in the 2nd hour it’s Kat Never, who’s from Spain and is now based in Berlin. She grew up dancing to techno in the most popular clubs in the central area of Spain back in the early 2000s. After several years of being just a listener and a raver, she decided to make the jump to DJing very recently, powered by her love for music. She loves to create dark atmospheres based on her influences, which range from 80s and 90s synth sounds to new beat, EBM and of course, techno.

The guest mix in the second hour is by Longo Bcn who's from Barcelona. and this is the second time he’s been on the show. He’s a lover of techno sounds, an electronic music selector and a follower of the electronic scene since the 90s. In addition to playing in dark corners of Barcelona, in the last two years he’s been creating his own music. His mix features strong kicks, powerful grooves and dark atmospheres.

Jacki-E & P-Mac are influenced by techno, deep house, jungle, dnb and the ethos of the acid house raves and festivals of the early 90's.  If you listen carefully you can hear the underlying stories which have influenced them in their preference for the darker edge of electronic dance music.
Jacki-E & P-Mac write and publish their own original tracks and re-mixes, play DJ sets in clubs, at private parties and for radio shows and podcasts .
