Love this song! I love how the parts build as you go through to create a really cool texture. Also love the little details you throw in and your use of different tones on the guitar. Brings me back to when I was first getting into music and feels like home to me. I'm a mixing and mastering engineer and your music is the exact kind of stuff I love to work on. We should collaborate sometime! Keep it up!

As with all of our Earth project, Winter of My Heart centres on the human impact on the natural world. We wanted to capture many juxtapositions within the music as well as the accompanying video: 'cold' poetic lyricism harshly contrasting with the 'warmer' visuals, highlighting that seasons may no longer be what we imagine them to be, with warmer, wetter and colder seasons affecting us and our planet.

While the theme of global heating is explored in this song metaphorically, the lyrical story uses the lens of a love story that has grown cold, as the storyteller ponders whether too much irreparable damage has been done and if it is too late for their love to recover and be restored.

A Russian who is using SoundCloud since 2013 (it wasn't blocked back then in Russia btw and I wasn't supposed to be drafted thanks to that old fuck Putin!). Over the last 12 years I've hoarded on music, genres and artists and I'm glad to share fruits of my efforts with you. I do my best to avoid trashing my feed so you are welcome. I would appreciate much if you tap follow. (You are always free to tap it back.)

The genres that I'm huge fun of are: #synth / #synthwave / #electronic / #sci-fi / #space / #ambient / #epic / #cinematic / #instrumental / #cello / etc. (excluding modern pops of course). I often share OSTs from movies and games. You can visit my playlists to find out more about my kind of music.
Before 2018 I used to collect music into different playlists based on genre and vibes. But as of 2018 I mostly publish mixed playlists consisting of songs of different genres so take my apologies. There is little to no time on my hands to dig up more (life is short!). These playlists often include synth and some other genres mixed in so don't wonder. I still find them pretty good.
