I love Sekucci's psychedelic remix of John Yienger's "Think For Yourself." Shout out to my NYC sis, who is an amazing DJ, producer, and all around lovely person. Sekucci will be joining us this summer at WHOLE Festival's ambient stage. That record is out on Major Records, which imho is currently the hottest label out there bringing us all the kicky fresh club cutz.

We're back for 2025 and pumped to kick off the Honcho Podcast Series with such a special artist. For the 130th entry in the Honcho Podcast Series, we welcome Bay area artist, The Baptist. Joan Granite (she/her) serves up a energetic, playful mix, a perfect antidote to these cold, dreary months. In regards to her mix, Joan says, 'I wanted to play around the idea of what it feels like to dance at Hemlock Hole - and this is as close as I could get to that. Honcho Podcast Series 130: The Baptist

Jacob Meehan's set at Lecken was the talk of the Play Pit. The WHOLE Ambient stage curator and Kwia mainstay shared a more intimate side of his collection with us. Dubbed out electronica merge with smooth throwbacks while ethereal jazz gets sprinkled with 80s synths, making us nostalgic for the age of our lost innocence. We swayed and swooned down memory lane, counting our blessings beneath the inverted crosses of the Play Pit sky, only to emerge again in the warm embrace of trusted friends or strangers, all within the breadth of @jacob-meehan's expertly concocted seance.
