Originally, this mix was done on a tape, Summer 1998. A few tucks here and there and it was redone on 2nd November 2009. The title comes from a house I lived in on Westgate Road in Newcastle, around the time of the very first "Suono" party in July 2004.. Prior to that, and in the early 90's, it was known as 'The Chill On The Hill' and a breeding ground for musicians, parties and all that comes with those.  This is one of my favourite mixes and I hope you'll enjoy it and return to it, as I do!.

Jay Rossi aka Jac the Disco and head honcho at independent label ‘ SPIN ON THIS MUSIC’  has spent the last 18 years DJ’ing in some of London’s hottest late night dancing spots and beyond. He’s released on labels such as San Francisco’s Roam Recordings, Amsterdam's Silhouette Music, Night Noise, Eclectics and US label Wonder Stories which saw his release ‘highest heights’ hit the Number 1 spot on Juno’s Disco Chart the following month after its release.

His carefully executed productions have gained notable DJ and radio support from some of dance music’s finest; including the likes of Mano Le Tough, Michael Mayer, Ewan Pearson, B:Traits, Superpitcher, A Love From Outer Space, Axel Boman, Massimiliano Pagliara, Ame, Booka Shade and Jennifer Cardini to name a few.

Best known for his heady mix of nu disco, dreamy balearic, psychedelic house and synth-driven techno along with his ability to read the dance floor has enabled him to work a crowd either warming up with sleazy laid back grooves or ramping things up into peak-time misbehaviour and up into the stratosphere.
