Another short story I wrote some years ago.

Severance

This song is based on a dream I had, where I was looking and chasing for someone, but never found them. It reflects how I was stuck in this bubble around them and couldn't escape it, wondering how they never noticed how I was feeling, eventually ending with them running away from everything, including me. It might be about love, someone that breaks your heart, or about yourself, how you lost an old version of you. I really want people to hear this one.

It's exactly as the title says!
And I can tell you, We did not get off to a good start!!! I think I just wanted to Hate it! lol and so I did for a bit, if there's one thing I'm not keen on, that is Change, unless it's loose change in my pocket 🤣
It's weird, when I've been looking at controllers on ebay, the Traktor range all look fairly similar, I now realise that's because of the size of the picture and because I just don't look properly!!! haha
So when I actually have the controller in front of me, all set up and switched on, it looks absolutely Fuck all like the S4 mk2, in fact I think I proclaimed that the S4 mk2 was possibly the best controller ever! what a fucking stupid thing to say 🤪 I only ever used Traktor products! I would imagine Pioneer may have some models that are much more advanced, but at the end of the day Rekordbox is no match for Traktor Pro 3 software!!!
So I wasn't impressed, but as the mix goes on I started to realise that it improved a lot, but Please tell me if it does suck!!!

It's all about truth, and don't be fooled into thinking you can learn this by reading it in a book or listening to someone speaking about it, YOU CAN'T,  It must come from within your self,  A Realisation, Only then will You know the Truth! 
I got into Punk around 1982 and not long after discovered Hardcore Punk, around 1993 I finally allowed myself to get into Rave and then got into mixing.
I got into Oldskool Hardcore and Jungle when I turned 50! better late than never I suppose. haha
