I believe, I have put an end to my own personal Shit Creek, for good!
I know this, because I finally know the truth, and now I understand what and why the things I have been through happened!
Even if I wanted to explain it, there simply isn't enough space here, and also, I don't think I should tell everybody anyway!!!
What I will say is, The last few weeks has been a truly horrible time, A very dark time, and I can honestly say, I have never known anything like it in my life!!!
All I can say, is that, practically everything you have been told in your life, Is A Lie! or at best a Partial truth.
You will never here me speak or write about, God or Jesus, I'm not saying I don't believe in them, to me, God is the Great organism, The Logos, The Universe itself, I believe Jesus existed and I believe he was a very enlightened individual, I can't however accept Religion or Christianity, there are some truth's in the bible, but it is written in such a cryptic manor, that anybody could read anything they wanted to in it!!!!  And the most truthful aspects were probably left out entirely!
It has taken me a very long while to reach this moment, and I truly appreciate that I was born under the sign of Taurus, and it is only my stubborn nature that has saved me, that and Observation!
Six days ago was when I started my descent into darkness, and three days ago I was totally in the darkness, I don't think I was supposed to return, I think I was supposed to have succumbed to it, and ultimately committed suicide, now I can see what and why people are lead to this end!!!!  And believe me, I thought about it several times!

This is what saved me, if anybody can be bothered,  click on it and read my comment, if not no worries, at some point in the video, I decided to click the like button, and on doing so, I became aware that I was the 666th person to like the video, It wasn't the first time I saw it either as it had presented itself on a car number plate and in the title of a track I played in one of my mix's along with 222, me being me, decided to look up the meaning of this Angel number, my findings were a fucking revelation!!! 
I didn't feel in any way, shape or form that Angels were involved in any of this! I do believe in Numerology though!  That moment finally lead to this morning, and that's when everything became as clear as crystal!!! I hope whoever listens to the mix enjoys it as much as I enjoyed miixing it! This song began as Carl's tribute poem to our drummer, Ken. Carl came up with the chord progression and started a project, to which he invited the rest of us. This is the third song Eclectic Collective has done that is a tribute by Carl to one of our members.  We couldn't feel more honored than to be the subjects of his wild and boundless creativity.
  Fittingly, Ken was first in line to add his magnificent drums. Once we had drums, Josh had something to work with to add his bass, which he did shortly after the drums were up. Mark paid the project a visit next, helping out with a bit of production editing, and dropping in a mad percussion solo using his VST timbale drums.l.Stephen jumped in soon after, adding the melodic electric guitar riffs that appear throughout. Not to be outdone, JJ added some sonically thickening electric piano, as well as the throwback psychedelic synth that pops up towards the end. Finally, Tez came along and added the electrifying solo that appears about a third of the way in, as well as the one at the end. 
  Once the recording was finished, we turned it over to Stephen to mix in his always professional manner. 
  This song is all about our very talented teammate and brother, Ken, and it is well deserved, too. As mentioned, this is the third song from Carl about one of us. It's hard to describe the feeling of having someone who you respect take the time and energy to think about you in such a positive way as to produce a song about you. Then to have all your buddies join in to amplify it to a solid song is just mind-blowing. We are all very grateful to Carl for not only sharing his music with us, but for his thoughtful consideration of each of us as subjects. We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed creating it.

So ~ I wasn't really intending on writing / recording another new song at the moment since I'm attempting to finish a number of other songs for my current project ~~but This One came to me one day in July & I felt compelled & decided to kind of drop everything  & record it, as I was hearing it as the possible song I may tag on as the Final Song of my new project once it is complete to close it out ~~

Hi, I'm Jake a 56 year old music addict and drug fiend who is finally starting to see the error of his ways!!! (too late now and no room for regrets!) And by Error of my ways, I mean I can see how I've ruined the taking of certain drugs by abusing them! So now they no longer work properly!  I'm 40 years in now! and I am going to see it through till the end! A true Taurus person, Stubborn as Fuck!
For people who have never taken drugs, I suggest you start NOW! It's a Spiritual thing, You have to Expand your mind to accommodate the knowledge that will set you free! If you are good at meditating, then that will do as good, if not better, I'm shit at meditating! So it's drugs for me!  It's all about truth, and don't be fooled into thinking you can learn this by reading it in a book or listening to someone speaking about it, YOU CAN'T,  It must come from within your self,  A Realisation, Only then will You know the Truth! 
I got into Punk around 1982 and not long after discovered Hardcore Punk, around 1993 I finally allowed myself to get into Rave and then got into mixing.
I got into Oldskool Hardcore and Jungle when I turned 50! better late than never I suppose. haha
