It's okay, I haven't gone mad! (not quite) Loopy With is just an anagram of Withypool, which is where I've been working rebuilding Withypool Bridge, after part of it was knocked down by a lorry that really had no business driving over it in the first place! And, get this!
On Monday I have to go and repair Portford Bridge, which is situated right up on top of the Moor (Exmoor) above Withypool, because the same lorry took both of them out on the same day!
I have to say, if anyone is thinking of, or actually going to Exmoor, give Withypool a visit, It is a beautiful place and the locals are amazing people, there comments to me yesterday about my work was mind boggling, almost too much for me to take, not just a few comments, 30 or 40 maybe! It was a stressful job, but that made it worthwhile, I'm a bit of an emotional wreck at the moment, and all those comments nearly unhinged me!!!
While I was there, I chatted to this old chap every day, A Lovely man, I think he had Altzheimers, anyway it turned out that he used to drive big machines 
bulldozers and the like, and also he was a racing driver, and quite a successful one at that! At one time he held track lap records on most of the big circuits in England! And drove for Alfa Romeo, I told him, he must of been good, as he was still here!!! A Very Interesting Man 😜

If you are good at meditating, then that will do as good, if not better, I'm shit at meditating! So it's drugs for me!  It's all about truth, and don't be fooled into thinking you can learn this by reading it in a book or listening to someone speaking about it, YOU CAN'T,  It must come from within your self,  A Realisation, Only then will You know the Truth! 
I got into Punk around 1982 and not long after discovered Hardcore Punk, around 1993 I finally allowed myself to get into Rave and then got into mixing.
I got into Oldskool Hardcore and Jungle when I turned 50! better late than never I suppose. haha
