Whole thing generally excellent- like the way you have the courage to sustain the opening idea for so long and then when it starts changing it's worth it. Less convinced by 'chaotic' sections but maybe they need to be more connected to the rest of the piece. Great ending. This is bold music, no Faber pussy-footing.

Bravo! I can see what you mean about focusing on the contrast vs. letting the ensemble spread out etc but I thoroughly enjoyed it this way
