So I wanted to make a cool demo of this great synth but I had so much fun (as it is just one of those synth gems that brings out the creativity), that I mad an entire compilation of musical demos. Now the thing to know is that every single sound you hear (all synths, fx and drums)are made from only the AJH Minimod. I did not use any other modules at all other then one spring reverb a couple of times but that is it. Everything i did was all contained within the Minimod system itself. I have had a few Minimoogs in my time and they did such a great job that it felt very comfortable as if I was playing a Minimoog from the days of old. Then you add the modular functions and it just opens it up into new territory! I always had fun making drums on my old Minimoog(first synth i ever bought) but with the modular aspect I was very impressed how well i could make some cool drum sounds. 
So what i did was just jam out an idea then record into Digital Performer. Then just make a new sound and repeat(overdub) until I had enough parts for a song to arrange( and quantize lol). Sorry if  Here is a list of what I used:

After a bit more production and finessing.  For all its ills (it's my first track after months off from music making, so I'm not being too adventurous with this one), I'm trying to pick up some good habits, most notably putting a good bit of effort into various things that only happen once each in the entire track.

The more obvious influences here include Aphex Twin's Xtal and Sam's Car, and Pete Namlook's slowly rising bass drones.

very short demo of the Doepfer Sampling and Wavetable Module A-112. 
Using the same voice segment from the audio book 'The Undomestic Godess' by Sophie Kinsella as in the track 6-minute-segment, where I merely modulated the tuning with an LFO - in this track I switched the module to WAVETABLE mode and use the same LFO (A-147) + A-183-2 (Offset). Then I manually pick Wavepages and tweak the Offset and Attenuation of the LFO getting interesting results - some are very rythmical and go well with a drum loop as you can hear. No other VCO is used - only A-112, NI Maschine drumloop, Filter A-106-6, Lexicon reverb and delay.
