Chris Jamison has a diverse background as a songwriter in many different styles. He began playing music professionally in Texas, in the original bands Outta Control, and Maximus. Whimsically relocated to Park City Utah in the mid-90s and formed the band Smilin Jack, a popular jam band touring the Rocky Mountain Region extensively. In 2002 he moved to Greenville/Spartanburg SC continued Smilin Jack sporadically and played in the rockin bluegrass band Plum Hollow,touring regionally full time with the well known fiddler Barney Barnwell. P.S.  Whatever one believes created this world one must admit this creator digs diversity. All of our fingerprints are different and is it not astounding to ponder this fact? Everything is one and it is all connected too. Divisiveness, however, is the enemy of peace and the human family. Jamazon Cloud is dedicated to humbly promoting acceptance and understanding of all cultures, beliefs, sexual preferences, and views. Basically we believe the definition of freedom is: If you aren't hurting anybody you should be able to do what ever you want. Our mission is to celebrate as a rainbow of diversity because this is the true intent of life and this creation. All of our songs include messages filled with love and hope for humanity . We have absolute faith that the world WILL all one day live in oneness, openness, and peace. Our lyrical inspiration is further coupled with generous sprinklings of cacophonistic seasonings and flavors. This creates a well rounded gumbo of yummy melodies, harmonies, and rhythms. Our contributions and expressions are universal and cosmic in proportion. We cherish life and embrace this artistic opportunity to expand our awareness and capacity for love, enlightenment and pure enjoyment. Now he is located in St. Joseph MO writing a bunch, and with more love than ever in his heart, he performs solo acoustically, and with many refreshingly different lineups in Jamazon Cloud.
