Some of the best music on Soundcloud gets no attention precisely because of this negative psychology! 

And some genres are pushed right out of the picture, even though the artist is making some to finest music on there!

I DON'T THINK MY TUNES QUITE MATCH HIS, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEY COULDN'T GET CLOSE IF GIVEN THE STUDIO TREATMENT, AND IF I HAD ACCESS TO SOME OF THE GREATEST MUSICIANS AND ENGINEERS, AS HE HAS.

I DON'T HAVE HIS CHARISMA, AND I'M CERTAINLY NOT AS ACCOMPLISHED ON INSTRUMENTS AS HE IS, BUT I THINK MY APPROACH TO CREATING TUNES IS POSSIBLY MORE ECLECTIC THAN, AND, ALTHOUGH I THINK HIS LYRICS ARE INGENIOUS, I THINK I HAVE THE EDGE ON HIM BECAUSE THEY HAVE MEANING, AND MAKE MORE SENSE THAN MOST OF HIS, WHICH ARE MORE ABOUT A PLAY ON WORDS THAN MAKING SOCIAL COMMENTS!

Thing with many of these tunes is, the vocals get more intriguing as tune progresses, so they have to be heard from beginning to end :)

IN MY OPINION, ONE I HOPE IS ONE DAY SHARED BY THE VAST MAJORITY (BUT I THINK THAT DAY WILL BE A LONG TIME COMING), IS THAT THE VAST MAJORITY OF SO-CALLED CELEBRITIES SUCK!

IT'S A SAD SITUATION WHERE SO MANY LIVE THEIR LIVES THROUGH THE EYES OF CELEBRITIES, HANGING ON THEIR EVERY WORD, EVEN THOUGH MUCH OF WHAT COMES OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS IS SUPERFICIAL CRAP!

IN THE MUSIC WORLD, THE SIGNED MUSICIAN  TENDS TO BE OF THE SHALLOW, SUPERFICIAL, VARIETY, CHURNING OUT PREDICTABLE GARBAGE, SUSTAINED BY MEDIA HYPE,  AND AN ABUNDANCE OF VILE ROCK STAR-STYLE POSTURING!

IT IS TO THE DETRIMENT OF ALL UNSIGNED MUSICIANS THAT DON'T FALL INTO THE WANNABE CATEGORY, THAT THE VAST MAJORITY ARE DUPED BY THE AURA OF FAME, SO INTOXICATED BY IMAGE AND HYPE, 

THAT THEY DON'T SEE THESE CELEBRITIES FOR THE CRETINS THEY REALLY ARE; THAT THE TUNES THEY CHURN OUT ARE DEVOID OF PERSONALITY AND CREATIVITY!

WORTHLESS, DISPOSABLE AND PREDICTABLE, SUCH TUNES SHOULD BE CONSIGNED TO THE DUSTBIN; INSTEAD, THEY BECOME AN EMBARRASSING PART OF MANKIND'S HISTORY!

FUTURE GENERATIONS WILL LOOK BACK ON THESE TIMES AS THE CREATIVE ERA THAT REACHED AN ALL TIME LOW, WHEN THE PUBLIC WAS SPOON FED ALL THINGS SUPERFICIAL, TACKY AND CRASS, AND LAPPED IT UP WILLINGLY!

BECAUSE CRASS IS KING, EXCEPTIONALLY GIFTED UNSIGNED ARTISTS WILL NEVER ESCAPE OBSCURITY! IN A JUST WORLD, IT WOULD BE SO-CALLED CELEBRITIES WHO ARE CONSIGNED TO OBLIVION, BUT THIS IS NOT A JUST WORLD!

SO-CALLED CELEBRITIES ARE THE MORTAL ENEMY OF UNSIGNED ARTISTS; IF YOU ARE A PARTY TO FEATHERING THEIR NESTS, FEEDING THE MYTH THAT THEY ACTUALLY HAVE THE KIND OF TALENT WORTHY OF SUCH PRAISE AND ADULATION, YOU ARE HAMMERING NAILS INTO YOUR OWN COFFIN!

In 2002 he moved to Greenville/Spartanburg SC continued Smilin Jack sporadically and played in the rockin bluegrass band Plum Hollow,touring regionally full time with the well known fiddler Barney Barnwell. P.S.  Whatever one believes created this world one must admit this creator digs diversity. All of our fingerprints are different and is it not astounding to ponder this fact? Everything is one and it is all connected too. Divisiveness, however, is the enemy of peace and the human family. Now he is located in St. Joseph MO writing a bunch, and with more love than ever in his heart, he performs solo acoustically, and with many refreshingly different lineups in Jamazon Cloud.

In the summer of 2005 in the lost city of San Fiego there was meth/pcp lab where in the maker was killed in the explosion, it also consumed several stray cats and a blind toothless homeless man named crazy Chester. The burn radius began to grow rapidly sending firefighters to stand down, cause who gives a fuck about the desert. For 3 days the fire raged and did almost no damage to valuable property. The smoke given off began to gather high in the atmosphere and because of the deranged consciousness of the cats and crazy Chester the smoke became self-aware. In time the smoke organized its thoughts and decided that they’re work was far from over, harnessing small amounts of power from the multiverse they managed to form the smoke into a house and keep it stable with their sheer strength of will. Deciding that they need a figure head to speak for them they harvested hundreds of stray cats taking parts from each to form a perfect being. Since this smoke was a new being they over harvested, about three hundred cats and using parts from eight but all in the name of progress. Though they a created what they thought to be the perfect representation of their message there was one oversight, the assembled cat was not cognitive and self-aware. Since he couldn’t do anything that it was supposed to do they called him Mr. Scrambles and he was to remain the figure head of the operation. What the meaning of all this was going to be was still unknown by the being itself but they had gotten this far so poor planning wasn’t going to stop them now. They thought “music” was an effective way to get a message across so they started gathering analogue synthesizers, drum machines, mixers, real to real recorders and a computer cause Mr. Scrambles likes screen savers of the flying toaster fashion. Over time they began to learning the basics of music/muzak, music theory, rhythm and all the things that go into making a radio friendly song that could convey the message one that figured that part out but they were having a hard time mostly because they were formed from meth and pcp smoke they were constantly really high So the “music” that was made ended up sounding like the cat made it especially considering that the cat was high as fuck too.

New beginnings:
Following the destruction of the Kingdom of Haddon, Lady Dawn & Father are the only ones to escape through the Vortex but this terrible event has cost them their immortality. Their life in Haddon remains now only as a distant memory (Ancient Tales – book & CD)
They now exist as Minstrels travelling to far off distant lands, performing their songs of love, lust & betrayal in many Kings Courts & lowly taverns. Along the way they will be colluding harmoniously with other Artists to create Magic.
