Yes, I know... It's been a while. Please know I do not take your support for granted... But I've had a period of lack of motivation. Partly from life's issues. But that's no excuse to keep you from the "Sexy"... I have found a whole new excitement for playing as of late...  So, look forward to more consistent releases!!! With that being said... Wipe the Needle returns to the label alongside his latest cohort Venus Beats with "We Shall Overcome". The song was monumental for us as it is was our 200th release around the tail end of 2023!Now we're fresh into 2025 with a remix from the legendary NYC house music Producer/ DJ Frankie Feliciano, once again bringing his exceptional NYC production and musicianship to the label.
The vocals performed by hackney-born soul sister Sherelle "ShezAr" McKenzie, a renowned and well seasoned force within the UK Soul/Gospel scene alongside her sister Jaybay!
Both ladies deliver an awesome anthem style vocal performance sending a positive message in their lyrics which will definitely resonate with most. Singing about no matter what you maybe going through in life today, in time "We Shall Overcome"!!

Makin' Moves nurtures up and coming talent, aswell as collaborating with established names. Matt has a wealth of experience under his belt having previously worked for dance independents Papa Records and Tribe Records UK, an internationally acclaimed label and events company. Jamesey, along with hosting his own radio show on www.housefm.net since 2004, has been an essential cog in the wheel of London's soulful & deep house scene, independently performing at most of the major parties in London swell as guest spots abroad in Japan, New York and Dubai.
