Have about 100 other songs I want to get done before I come back and start working on the final version with the bridge, outro, additional layers, and noodles...thank you.

"Distant” explores the haunting feeling of losing someone who was once your everything. It's about the struggle of clinging to love even when it’s slipping away right before your eyes, the desperation for the love you once shared, and the weight of a broken heart that just can't let go.

Like the moon and the stars that are close one moment, they fade by morning and never return. This is the reality of losing someone you love.
