She joined an orchestra, initially playing the viola before switching to the cello, and also learned to play the guitar while dabbling with the violin. With her life experiences shaping her lyrics as if they were entries from a personal journal, Mileena's songs capture the raw emotion and stories of her life, resonating deeply with listeners who connect with her authenticity.

Beyond her passion for music, Mileena is also the author of the Blood of the Wild Gods book series and is deeply committed to the healthcare industry. She currently works as a Registered Nurse and has over a decade of experience in long-term care, pharmaceutical research, and psychiatric care.
