From an early age, I have traveled and lived in many different places, absorbing and assimilating their cultural influences. As a child in Panama, I was fascinated by finding electrical appliances on the street; when plugged in, they produced sounds that I experimented with by connecting them to speakers. In the late 70's I got my first drum set and, as a minor, I would venture into discos before they opened. I would enter through the back door and make friends with the DJs, who would let me try out their first mixes.
In the '80s, in Rome, I studied audiovisuals and took part in various experiments and musical collectives closely linked to social centers and the local music scene. In the 90's, back in Chile, I joined the music scene of those years, collaborating in sound projects and playing in different groups, Supersordo being the best known.
I have always been interested in portable cassette recorders (Walkman type) and their sonic possibilities, a line of exploration that I continue to cultivate to this day.

Psych-drone, electromagnetic paranoia, nightmare scree... etc.

Dark ambience, noise, drone, and musique concrete. Hypocrisy and control, outdated technologies, urban decay, consumerism, lead into gold. Cut-up, re-used, recycled, remixed, layered, looped, repeated. Leftovers are better. Routines, oppression, comfort, confusion.  Improvisation and chance lead the course of events, sometimes they are being recorded.

Daedalus Maze is an exploration of the mind through guitar-driven sound. Moving between drone, ambient, noise, and post-metal, it mirrors the shifting terrains of memory, emotion, and inner conflict.
