Californian singer-songwriter Ed Prosek is an artist of striking talent. His intimate vocals and songs of honesty, introspection, and worldly observation set him apart from other songwriters, combining a musical beauty and individual sense of arrangement with powerful and emotive lyricism to create music that is truly undeniable in every sense of the word. 

The son of an opera composer, Ed Prosek’s songwriting is deeply influenced by the classical world, but not inextricably tied to it. Since the release of his debut EP, ‘California’, Ed has spent six years developing, changing, and demonstrating his ability to express his unique vision not only as a conventional songwriter but also as a masterful arranger. Mentored by the legendary producer Rupert Hine, Ed Prosek has firmly defined himself as an important and relevant voice in the modern independent music scene, having released 2 top 3 singles on Hype Machine, tours in the US, UK, and throughout Europe, and amassing 400,000 monthly listeners and over 12 million streams on Spotify alone.

Formed in London 2012, Bear’s Den have amassed a dedicated and international fan base with their anthemic indie-folk-rock. With 3 studio albums under their belt, as well as recent collaborative project “Fragments"with composer Paul Frith, they have been a regular fixture in the charts of UK and Europe since their inception. Their Debut album “Islands” also garnered a nomination for an Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically.  

Having toured around the world playing theatres, arenas and festivals (including Reading and Leeds, Glastonbury Festival, Pukkelpop, Lowlands and Bonnaroo), in 2019, following the release of their third album “So That You Might Hear Me" they returned to their origins for a tour of tiny "Highlands and Islands" venues across Scotland and a supporting documentary.  No stranger to music documentary making, the band also featured heavily in the award winning documentary Austin To Boston alongside Ben Howard, Nathaniel Rateliff and The Staves. 

The band’s most recent release, 2020’s “Fragments” is a collaborative work with acclaimed composer/arranger Paul Frith (Bear’s Den, The xx, Radiohead), taking highlights of the band’s back catalogue and rebuilding them from the ground up, alongside an orchestral ensemble, creating a completely new body of work from pieces of the originals.

Miguel has been galvanised by the house music scene since the early 90's and has also been a DJ since that time. Miguel began producing his own music as one 'half' of the underground duo HCB.

In 2006 he founded his own label Outcross Records, which became a home for his music. Teaming up with fellow Leeds resident Matt Hughes to form MAM, a duo that has remixed the likes of the Imany, Deadmau5 and Flight Facilities, as well as putting out releases via Wolf+Lamb, Future Classic and Outcross itself.

​In 2010 he became the newest addition to the Hot Creations team and went on to pick up international recognition, capturing the imaginations of party people the world over.

Miguel's forward march continues as he refuses to relent, working on more music, including recent remixes for Basement Jaxx & RÜFÜS and continuing to travel to foreign shores, spreading his unique brand of funk around the world.
